I'm a Nashville REALTOR® licensed with Hive Nashville LLC. I work with buyers, sellers, and investors who want one accountable point of contact across the whole deal — not a handoff to whoever happens to be available.
Boutique service with the backing of a local independent brokerage. That phrase gets thrown around a lot. What it actually means in practice: when you call, I pick up. When you have a question at 9pm before a contract is due, you get me. When we're at the closing table, the person who has been with you since the first showing is the person across from you signing.
I keep my client roster intentionally small. The trade-off is real attention rather than volume — and the people who hire me are usually people who've been on the other side of a high-volume team and want something different.
